Let us do breakfast for you! Please join us for our continental resident breakfast the 3rd Saturday of every month. Served from 9:30-10:30 in the office clubhouse! Hope to see you then :o)
CWC Courtesy Officer
Help us welcome the newest member of our staff, Austin Reynolds, our courtesy officer. Austin is a police officer for the City of Richardson and has made Clearwater Creek home to help protect our community.
Please use the recycling bins in phase II located at the back of the property for all your recycled goods. Glass, plastic bottles and all paper products are acceptable items. No plastic bags are allowed, however, City of Richardson recycling bags are welcome. Please join us in our efforts to make our world a better place.

We are proud at Clearwater Creek to support the Go Green Initiative and make positive changes, so our children will inherit a world worthy of their future. To support these positive changes, we need your help. We are converting our paper communication to electronic mail/email to reduce paper used for flyers, letters and other correspondence to residents.
