REDUCE ... REUSE ... RECYCLE. Please use the recycling bins on phase II located to the back and center of the property for all your recycled goods. Glass, plastic bottles, and all paper products are all acceptable items. No plastic bags are allowed; however, City of Richardson recycling bags are welcome. Please join us in our efforts to make our world a better place.
We are proud at Clearwater Creek to support the Go Green Initiative and make positive changes, so our children will inherit a world worthy of their future. To support these positive changes, we need your help. We are converting our paper communication to electronic mail/email to reduce paper used for flyers, letters and other correspondence to residents. Let us do the cooking for you! We’ve opened up our new waffle bar for you to indulge with all your favorite toppings, including hot blueberries, strawberries and creme, peanut butter, fresh walnuts, chocolate morsels, and more. We will also prepare our menu of hot homemade pancakes with all the fixin’s, sausage, lil’ smokies, scrambled eggs, bagels, biscuits, homemade country-style gravy, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juices, and more.
