Inclimate weather means unwelcome critters may come calling on your home. If you notice any pests in or around your apartment, please call or email the office so that we may set you up for extermination on Friday.

Welcome Residents! This will be "Your Space" with monthly and sometimes weekly updates. We welcome your ideas as what you would like to see on "YOUR SPACE." We will post your recipes, birth and wedding announcements,your pet pics, and surveys taken from time to time. Stay connected and we'll keep you posted.
Reese Was Tired
Reese held up strong on the front of our website for several months, but now he's tired :-) We need a new face and we would love to have your pet take his place. Submit your pet's picture and a few words as to why you and your pet love to live at Clearwater Creek Apartments. Then allow us to feature YOUR PET on our website! Email your entries to our staff along with your pet's name, your name, and your apartment number. Be sure to get your entry in quickly ... the droopy dog on the front page now won't last long ... his contract is running out.

Keep your home sparkling. We have flat wall paint, latex trim, and bathroom semi-gloss, if you need a touch up in your apartment home. Just swing by the office with a tupperware container with a lid, and we will be glad to fill with wall paint for your paint touch up needs.
